- Establish a Federal Jobs Guarantee to ensure everyone who wants to work can find a job with a living wage and benefits.
- Raise the federal minimum wage to $20/hour and index it to inflation.
- Guarantee universal paid family and medical leave for all workers.
- End the sub-minimum wage for tipped workers and people with disabilities.
